Thank you for choosing a piece from EL Pearl Designs. Here is what to expect when your order is on its way.

Preparing your order

• Ready-to-ship pieces usually ship within 1–2 business days.
• Made-to-order pieces usually ship within 5–7 business days.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. These timeframes cover preparation before dispatch, not delivery time.

Shipping destinations and rates

We currently ship within the United States. Available shipping services and costs for your address are shown at checkout.

Paid Priority shipping is available where offered at checkout. A faster shipping service does not change the preparation time for your piece.

Tracking your order

Every shipped order includes tracking.

If your package has not arrived

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, contact Emily. We will help investigate with the carrier and determine the next steps based on the findings.

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, you may choose a replacement shipment or a refund.

If a piece arrives damaged

Please email Info@vaelpd.com with photos of the damage and a short description of what happened. We review these situations individually. For confirmed damage on arrival, we offer a free repair or replacement; if a replacement is not possible, we offer a refund.
